An Evening In Africa Ball @The Gherkin



The weekend mash-ups took a decidedly classy and ethical twist, with An Evening In Africa ball at that attractive pineapple of commerce, The Gherkin. Killa Dapper, indeed. Complete with a casino and an energetic Ugandan band, all proceeds went towards starting up Crafts for Children. The African Foundation project aims to provide self-sustaining skills to African street children and orphans.

Great night had by all, particularly because the fun was for a worthwhile cause. Maximum fun playing footie in the Gherkin, blazing outside the Gherkin and Gabes touching the decks for a DnB takeover... brocking out a black tie ball. Thanks to Nat for the hard sell, and all my crew that reached
