Bare blog column inches have been written about Proof, so I'm going to keep it short. Regardless of his profile-raising affiliation with one Marshall Mathers, DeShaun Holton was one of the finest freestylers I have heard in recent mainstream hip hop. When he graced Westwood's show pre-D12, boy absolutely burned the mic and made Eminem look like an amateur. Which he ain't.
