Overstanding for the underground. Big interviews, gig reviews, previews and musical musings from Killa Dan. It features the hottest talent in this mashed up world of Hip Hop, Grime, Reggae, Drum'n'Bass, Soul, Indie, Folk... with a sprinkling of Art, Fashion and Culture.

Glastonbury 2005

I wrote a Glasto review (essay?) ages ago for this blog, but due to the wonders of technology I never got a chance to post it. 5 months later - I think the moments passed. If anyone has a nagging desire to check it - possibly one of my crew who would like some kind of recollection of a week's hedonistic mash up - then gimme a shout and I'll email it thru. Rest assured, it was record messy, muddy, musical, mad and mash up. Enjoy these select photos as a glimpse into insanity...

The Stone Circle on the final sunrise, billowing with smoke. The same night that a crazy ketamine cat called Mark - who couldn't stand up straight for hours (thus falling into people/down the hill several times) - recognised me, and then proceeded to tell anyone who would listen about me! "Killa? Dan? Killa Dan!!" Unexpected. lol
